Our organisation operates through two entities working toward a shared long-term vision. The commercial entity, Naik Philanthropic Centre (NPC), is registered under the Company Law Board in India (December 2021), established to expand our activities and address our long-term goals. The charitable entity, ODC Foundation, is a registered NGO in India, established in March 1998.
Projects are undertaken through either entity on a case-by-case basis, always with a focus on self-sustainability. Revenue generated through our integrated commercial outlets is cycled directly back into our social and socio-economic objectives, allowing our impact to grow without dependence on external funding alone.
Our key programmes are delivered through our Health-Knowledge-Culture (HKC) framework, connecting land-based initiatives with trans-oceanic outreach. This dual approach allows us to combine grassroots community work with global knowledge-sharing at scale.
Land-based HKC programmes are supported by a dedicated fleet of group-owned vehicles, while group-owned ocean-going vessels extend our reach internationally through initiatives such as Ocean Science & Research — connecting communities across continents through shared learning and exchange.
Our Knowledge Hub sits on a 15-acre developed farm (group owned) in Billimora, Gujarat — strategically positioned near Mumbai (220km) and Surat (45km), with bullet train, rail, expressway and highway access all within 10km, and an international airport just 45km away.
This hub serves as a centre for think-tank collaboration and the exchange of ideas, knowledge and literature from nations around the world, incorporating a Museum-Documentaries-Library (MDL) collection spanning all 7 continents. It also provides the operational platform for planning, administration and back-office management of our HKC programmes. A well-established office (group owned) in Mumbai further supports coordination, logistics, and operational strength across all our initiatives.
