A Knowledge Hub of NPC is not merely a repository, but a crucial pillar of Project HKC (Health, Knowledge, Culture) and the central nervous system for organisational learning, standardisation and accountability. It is the core mechanism that converts discussion into documented, actionable policies and procedures for the implementation of our philanthropic activities.
The Hub is the physical manifestation of Knowledge, a thematic archive and a place to work, introspect and ponder, set across a peaceful 15 acre site housing our MDL (Museum, Documentaries, Literature) collection from 7 continents, supported by a rigorous digital system and technology.
Concept and Purpose: The NPC Knowledge Hub
The NPC Knowledge Hub is the designated location and platform for capturing, institutionalising and disseminating philanthropic and organisational knowledge. Its primary purpose is to source theme based, focused knowledge as a central platform for content, internal operations, project methodologies and partner communications.
To act as custodian for the preservation and planned dissemination of archived content and organisational memory, ensuring strategic discussions, decisions and successful process models are documented and survive staff transitions.
